Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CXentric Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

CXentric Group provides customer experience consulting, outsourced support, training, CRM/ERP implementation, and related services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business processes, customer data, and strategic information.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CXentric Group retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently. Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

CXentric Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
